Biscoff Filled Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 30g salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
  • 5g chia seeds
  • 180ml unsweetened almond milk
  • Half a mashed banana
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 20g Biscoff spread
  • 1 Biscoff biscuit

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, salted caramel soy isolate protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk, mashed banana, and baking powder to create the oats batter. Exclude the Biscoff spread and biscuit from this mixture.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  3. Place the oats batter into a skillet, leaving some space behind and creating a hole in the middle of the batter.

  4. Fill the hole with the Biscoff spread.

  5. Top the Biscoff spread with the remaining oats batter.

  6. Crush half of a Biscoff biscuit and sprinkle it over the top of the oats.

  7. Place the remaining whole Biscoff biscuit on top of the oats, along with some banana slices.

  8. Bake the skillet in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

  9. Once baked, remove from the oven and enjoy the Biscoff filled baked oats!
