Cauliflower Gnocchi with Sausage, Peas, and Roasted Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Scallions
- 1 clove garlic
- Olive oil
- Sausage
- Cauliflower gnocchi
- Frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F
Mix shiitake mushrooms, scallions, garlic, and olive oil together.
Bake the mixture along with sausage in the oven for 12 minutes.
In a skillet, sauté cauliflower gnocchi and frozen peas in 1 tablespoon of butter until cooked through.
Mix all components together and serve.
