French-Style Baked Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
- 7 shrimp
Garlic sauce
- 4 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon powdered cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cut the back of the shrimp without cutting through the belly, remove the waste, and wash clean.
Spread open the shrimp.
Make the garlic sauce by combining all sauce ingredients and mix well.
Prepare a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, arrange the shrimp, and add the garlic sauce with a small spoon to the center.
Bake in a toaster oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
After cooking, arrange on a plate and serve.
