Chaotic Chex Cereal Bars
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cups mini marshmallows
- 8 cups rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
Remove from heat and add marshmallows; mix until melted.
Mix in rice Chex cereal and chocolate chips.
Add more marshmallows if desired.
Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 or 9x9 inch pan.
Tips
Press firmly to make the bars thick and hold together well.
