Easy Flatbread Pizza with Yogurt Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • salt
  • sauce
  • shredded cheese
  • choice of toppings

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Combine 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, and salt.

  3. Scoop dough onto a floured surface and fold until not sticky anymore, adding sprinkles of flour as needed.

  4. Divide dough into 2 parts and roll out.

  5. Rub with a tiny bit of oil.

  6. Bake for 5 minutes per side.

  7. Top with sauce, shredded cheese, and choice of toppings.

  8. Bake for another 5 minutes or until melted and crispy.
