Easy Flatbread Pizza with Yogurt Dough
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- salt
- sauce
- shredded cheese
- choice of toppings
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine 1 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, and salt.
Scoop dough onto a floured surface and fold until not sticky anymore, adding sprinkles of flour as needed.
Divide dough into 2 parts and roll out.
Rub with a tiny bit of oil.
Bake for 5 minutes per side.
Top with sauce, shredded cheese, and choice of toppings.
Bake for another 5 minutes or until melted and crispy.
