Simple Flourless Vegan Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder (used @santabarbarachocolate)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/3 cup drippy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup nut milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

  2. Pulse dry ingredients in a blender until it forms a fine powder.

  3. Add wet ingredients and blend again to form a thick batter.

  4. Bake in a pan at 350 F for 30-40 minutes.

  5. Option to add chocolate chips on top.
