Easy Homemade Chicken Burger

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken fillets
  • 1 medium onion, cut into quarters
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken spices
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Serving

  • Burger buns
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato

Preparation

  1. Get a meat grinder and attach the disc with small holes. Place a deep bowl under it.

  2. Put the chicken, onion, garlic, parsley, and cilantro into the grinder and grind to make chicken kefta.

  3. Add oregano, salt, chicken spices, and pepper. Mix with fingertips to make a cohesive mixture.

  4. Shape the mixture into 1 centimeter thick patties and place them in a side dish.

  5. Heat an electric grill until hot.

  6. Place the patties on the grill and cook until the bottom is done. Flip with a wide metal spoon and cook until fully done.

  7. Assemble the chicken burgers in burger buns and garnish with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and ketchup.

  8. Serve with fried potatoes and additional ketchup.
