Diced Beef and Vegetable Bake

Ingredients

  • 250g diced beef
  • 1 potato
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper

Sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Preparation

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and onions.

  2. Dice the peppers.

  3. Peel the eggplant in a striped pattern and dice it.

  4. Dice the tomatoes.

  5. Place all ingredients, including the meat, in a baking dish.

  6. For the sauce, take the tomato paste in a bowl.

  7. Add water and spices to the bowl.

  8. Grate the garlic and add it.

  9. Mix everything well.

  10. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the dish.

  11. Put the dish in the oven.
