No-Bake Coconut Milk Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded coconut (150g)
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup flour (150g)
- 1 cup sugar (180g)
- 50g butter
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (5g)
For filling
- 1/2 cup milk (100g)
- 75g whipped cream powder
- walnut pieces
Preparation
In a pot, combine all ingredients except butter and vanilla sugar, and stir until thick consistency is achieved.
After thickening, add vanilla sugar and butter, and mix thoroughly.
Add the coconut to a baking tray, spread the prepared pudding mixture over it, smooth the surface, and let it cool for at least 4 hours.
After cooling completely, add the prepared whipped cream and arrange the surface.
Cut into 6 equal pieces and roll each one into a roll shape.
Serve when ready.
