No-Bake Coconut Milk Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded coconut (150g)
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cup flour (150g)
  • 1 cup sugar (180g)
  • 50g butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (5g)

For filling

  • 1/2 cup milk (100g)
  • 75g whipped cream powder
  • walnut pieces

Preparation

  1. In a pot, combine all ingredients except butter and vanilla sugar, and stir until thick consistency is achieved.

  2. After thickening, add vanilla sugar and butter, and mix thoroughly.

  3. Add the coconut to a baking tray, spread the prepared pudding mixture over it, smooth the surface, and let it cool for at least 4 hours.

  4. After cooling completely, add the prepared whipped cream and arrange the surface.

  5. Cut into 6 equal pieces and roll each one into a roll shape.

  6. Serve when ready.
