Quick and Easy Blender Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oil (125 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 250 ml warm milk (at room temperature, not cold)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 grams active dry yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (using 250 ml per cup)

Preparation

  1. Blend the egg, oil, sugar, milk, salt, and yeast in a blender until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the flour; mix with a spoon until combined

  3. Transfer the dough to a greased and floured loaf pan, spreading it evenly with a spoon

  4. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and let the dough rest in a warm place for 40 minutes

  5. Remove the foil and preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C)

  6. Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the bread is cooked through

Tips

  1. If available, use a standard loaf pan; otherwise, a small pan with a hole in the middle can be used

  2. Ensure the milk is warm (at room temperature) and not cold for optimal rising
