Quick and Easy Blender Bread
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oil (125 ml)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 250 ml warm milk (at room temperature, not cold)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 grams active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (using 250 ml per cup)
Preparation
Blend the egg, oil, sugar, milk, salt, and yeast in a blender until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the flour; mix with a spoon until combined
Transfer the dough to a greased and floured loaf pan, spreading it evenly with a spoon
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and let the dough rest in a warm place for 40 minutes
Remove the foil and preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C)
Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the bread is cooked through
Tips
If available, use a standard loaf pan; otherwise, a small pan with a hole in the middle can be used
Ensure the milk is warm (at room temperature) and not cold for optimal rising
