Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 240g oats
  • 600ml oatmilk or water or milk alternatives
  • 2-3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons stevia
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 grated carrots

Preparation

  1. In a big bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Pour the mixture directly into jars or let it sit in the bowl overnight.

  3. Once the mixture has thickened after a few hours or overnight, top with banana, additional raisins, and cream cheese frosting.

  4. Eat and enjoy.
