Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 240g oats
- 600ml oatmilk or water or milk alternatives
- 2-3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons stevia
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 grated carrots
Preparation
In a big bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
Pour the mixture directly into jars or let it sit in the bowl overnight.
Once the mixture has thickened after a few hours or overnight, top with banana, additional raisins, and cream cheese frosting.
Eat and enjoy.
