  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • a generous pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 scoop of protein of your choice

Toppings

  • Caramelized Banana
  • Perfect Bar dark chocolate refrigerated peanut butter cups
  • creamy peanut butter
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight.

  2. In the morning, heat it up or eat it cold.

  3. Add the toppings.
