Blueberry Nutty Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp crushed almonds
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • crushed walnuts
  • 3 tbsp ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp almond slivers
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups oat milk

Preparation

  1. Mix milk, oats, ground almonds and chia seeds in a bowl

  2. Place in the fridge for an hour or overnight

  3. Mix in syrup, vanilla and poppy seeds

  4. Top with almonds, walnuts and blueberries

Tips

  1. Use frozen berries in winter and fresh ones in season

  2. Add more agave syrup if you want more sweetness
