Easy and Tasty Homemade Bread
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups warm water (using requeijΓ£o cup measure)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oil (using requeijΓ£o cup measure)
- 1 kg all-purpose flour
- 50 grams baker's yeast
Preparation
Mix the yeast and warm water, and set aside
In a blender, blend the sugar, oil, salt, egg, and the reserved yeast mixture for a few minutes
Pour the mixture and gradually add the flour, mixing with hands until the dough comes off the hands
Let the dough rise for 1 hour
Divide the dough into parts and shape the breads
Let the dough rise again for 40 minutes
Bake for 30 minutes
