Easy and Tasty Homemade Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups warm water (using requeijΓ£o cup measure)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oil (using requeijΓ£o cup measure)
  • 1 kg all-purpose flour
  • 50 grams baker's yeast

Preparation

  1. Mix the yeast and warm water, and set aside

  2. In a blender, blend the sugar, oil, salt, egg, and the reserved yeast mixture for a few minutes

  3. Pour the mixture and gradually add the flour, mixing with hands until the dough comes off the hands

  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour

  5. Divide the dough into parts and shape the breads

  6. Let the dough rise again for 40 minutes

  7. Bake for 30 minutes
