No-Bake Semolina Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

Base

  • 2 packages oat biscuits
  • 100 ml melted butter

Pudding

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 packet vanilla

Topping

  • 200 ml liquid cream
  • 1 packet dark chocolate
  • 1 packet milk chocolate
  • 1 teacup hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Process the biscuits in a food processor.

  2. Add melted butter and mix well.

  3. Pour into the mold base, spread and press down, then refrigerate.

  4. Add all pudding ingredients to a pot and cook, stirring continuously until thickened.

  5. Remove from heat and pour over the biscuit base to cool.

  6. Heat the cream in a pan on low heat.

  7. Add chocolates and stir continuously until melted.

  8. Turn off the heat, add hazelnuts, and mix.

  9. Pour over the cooled pudding and refrigerate until set.

  10. Once set, remove from mold, decorate as desired, and serve.

Tips

  1. Can be made the night before.

  2. Add coconut to the pudding if desired.
