Easy Baked Powdered Milk Donuts
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 12 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons demerara sugar or xylitol
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Additional components
- Butter for greasing the pan
- Powdered milk for sprinkling
Optional fillings
- Nutella as desired
- For ganache: 100 grams 60% chocolate and 50 grams heavy cream
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients until a dough forms that does not stick to the hands, shape into large balls and set aside.
Grease a large pan with butter and place the balls in it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, watching closely as it bakes quickly.
When removed from the oven, sprinkle with powdered milk.
Tips
Fill the donuts with Nutella or other options like ganache or dulce de leche for added flavor.
To make ganache, melt 100 grams of 60% chocolate and mix with 50 grams of heavy cream until smooth.
