Air-Fried Sweet Potato Fries with Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • organic sweet potato
  • coconut oil spray
  • garlic powder
  • pink salt

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup plain 0% yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

Preparation

  1. Chop the sweet potato into thick wedges and toss with coconut oil spray and seasonings.

  2. Place in the air fryer at 350°F for 12 minutes, then shake the basket for even crisping.

  3. Cook again at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes until browned to your liking.

  4. While the fries are cooking, mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and taste to adjust seasoning if needed.

  5. Serve the fries alongside the sauce.

  1. If you do not have an air fryer, roast the wedges in the oven at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
