Chocolate Protein Fig Bars Snack

Ingredients

  • 10-14 figs
  • 1/4 cup nuts
  • 25-30 pitted dates
  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into balls, bars, or squares.

  3. Optionally, coat with melted dark chocolate and add strawberries.
