Date and Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 medjool date, softened
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. In a container, mix oats, spice, and chia seeds.

  2. Mix together then add in date.

  3. Using a fork or spoon, gently mash date into the dry mixture and mix it together evenly.

  4. Add in milk and stir before setting into fridge overnight.

  5. Prior to serving add in mashed banana, evenly mix, then top with fruit of choice.
