Matcha Oatmeal with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp culinary matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp raw cashew butter (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine everything in a small saucepan.

  2. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.

  3. Cook until thick, stirring frequently, for 8-10 minutes.

  4. Serve with toppings of choice.
