Matcha Oatmeal with Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp culinary matcha powder
- 1 tbsp raw cashew butter (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine everything in a small saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
Cook until thick, stirring frequently, for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with toppings of choice.
