Quick Jasmine Rice Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup @theoatyeah unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch salt
Preparation
Use refrigerated cooked jasmine rice for best results as it improves texture and health benefits.
Mix together all ingredients except rice.
Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Turn off heat and add the cooked rice.
Stir and let sit for a minute covered.
Serve immediately.
