Sweet and Savory Stir-Fried Lamb Ribs
Ingredients
- 500 grams lamb ribs
- 4 shallots, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 red chilies, sliced diagonally
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (Bango)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Seasoning to taste
Preparation
Boil the lamb ribs until tender, reserving the stock, then set aside.
Sauté the shallots and garlic until fragrant and wilted. Add the onion and red chilies, and stir until wilted.
Add the lamb ribs along with the reserved stock.
Add the sweet soy sauce, salt, sugar, and seasoning, and stir well.
Cook until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve.

This dish is perfect for Eid al-Adha celebrations and uses Bango sweet soy sauce for authentic sweet and savory flavor.
