Stir-Fried Green Beans with Shrimp
Ingredients
- 150g shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- 3 pieces tofu, cut and fried
- 10 quail eggs, boiled and peeled
- 250g green beans, cut
- 1 carrot, cut
- 3 young corns, cut
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 7 red chilies, sliced
- 7 green chilies, sliced
- 3 bird's eye chilies, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Seasoning, to taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan or wok and sauté the garlic until wilted, then add the onion and stir.
Add the chilies and stir, then add the tofu, tomato, and green beans, and stir.
Add the shrimp, oyster sauce, chili sauce, seasoning, and quail eggs, stir well, add water as needed, and cook until the water reduces.
Taste and adjust the seasoning.
The stir-fried green beans with shrimp is ready to serve.
