Cheese-Stuffed Turkish Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 600g minced beef
  • 1 grated onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100ml water
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 3g baking soda
  • Salt, cumin, black pepper, chili pepper, ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix and knead all the ingredients.

  2. Rest for 1 hour.

  3. Shape the meat mixture, add cheese, and seal.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. Cook in a hot pan.
