Cheese-Stuffed Turkish Meatballs
Ingredients
- 600g minced beef
- 1 grated onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100ml water
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 3g baking soda
- Salt, cumin, black pepper, chili pepper, ground pepper
Preparation
Mix and knead all the ingredients.
Rest for 1 hour.
Shape the meat mixture, add cheese, and seal.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cook in a hot pan.
