Chicken and Shrimp Stuffed Cakwe
Ingredients
- 300g minced chicken breast
- 200g minced shrimp
- 2 pieces cakwe
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Split the cakwe into two parts, cut into desired sizes, and slit the middle
Mix all the ingredients together and stuff the mixture into the cakwe slits until all are filled
Fry over low heat until fully cooked
Serve with your favorite sauce
