Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
  • optional salt and sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • mushrooms
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Mix all the flour together

  2. Roughly chop the mushrooms, wash them clean, and dry

  3. Mix the mushrooms with 1 egg

  4. Coat the egg-mixed mushrooms with the flour mixture, ensuring all are evenly covered

  5. Fry in hot and abundant oil until crispy
