Chocolate, Peanuts, and Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 300 g thick yoghurt
  • 150 ml filtered water
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Toppings

  • roasted peanuts
  • raisins
  • shredded coconut
  • oats
  • dark chocolate
  • seed butter

Preparation

  1. Mix 300 g thick yoghurt with 150 ml filtered water and 30 g chia seeds in a container with a lid.

  2. Refrigerate overnight to allow the chia seeds to soak up the liquid.

  3. In the morning, mix in 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with roasted peanuts, raisins, shredded coconut, oats, dark chocolate, and seed butter.
