Chocolate, Peanuts, and Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt
- 150 ml filtered water
- 30 g chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Toppings
- roasted peanuts
- raisins
- shredded coconut
- oats
- dark chocolate
- seed butter
Preparation
Mix 300 g thick yoghurt with 150 ml filtered water and 30 g chia seeds in a container with a lid.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the chia seeds to soak up the liquid.
In the morning, mix in 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Top with roasted peanuts, raisins, shredded coconut, oats, dark chocolate, and seed butter.
