Simple Homemade Blender Bread
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oil (125 ml)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 250 ml warm milk (not cold, room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 grams active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Preparation
Blend the egg, oil, sugar, warm milk, salt, and yeast in a blender until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the flour, stirring with a spoon until combined
Transfer the dough to a greased and floured loaf pan or small bundt pan, spreading evenly
Cover with aluminum foil and let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes
Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F), remove foil, and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack
