Simple Homemade Blender Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oil (125 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 250 ml warm milk (not cold, room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 grams active dry yeast
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Preparation

  1. Blend the egg, oil, sugar, warm milk, salt, and yeast in a blender until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the flour, stirring with a spoon until combined

  3. Transfer the dough to a greased and floured loaf pan or small bundt pan, spreading evenly

  4. Cover with aluminum foil and let rise in a warm place for 40 minutes

  5. Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F), remove foil, and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown

  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack
