Salted Fish and Sweet Corn Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 salted peda fish
  • 1 sweet corn
  • 1 petai bean bunch
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 green chilies
  • 10 red bird's eye chilies
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Powdered stock seasoning

Preparation

  1. Wash the peda fish and fry until cooked, then set aside.

  2. Heat cooking oil and sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant, then add chilies and stir evenly.

  3. Add sweet corn and petai beans, season with sugar, salt, and powdered stock, stir evenly, add a little water, stir again, and adjust the taste.

  4. Add the salted peda fish, stir evenly, then remove from heat and serve.
