Simple Vegan Buckwheat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 150g buckwheat flour
- 100g gluten-free plain flour
- 360ml non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp neutral oil
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Mix the non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add the vegan buttermilk and stir until combined.
Pour batter to a heated frying pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
