Easy Chocolate Cake for Any Occasion

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Margarine, for greasing the pan

Preparation

  1. Blend the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and sugar in a blender until smooth

  2. Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and add the flour, stirring with a spoon until the batter is homogeneous

  3. Gently fold in the chocolate sprinkles, then mix in the baking powder

  4. Grease a cake pan with margarine and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 40 minutes
