Easy Chocolate Cake for Any Occasion
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Margarine, for greasing the pan
Preparation
Blend the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and sugar in a blender until smooth
Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and add the flour, stirring with a spoon until the batter is homogeneous
Gently fold in the chocolate sprinkles, then mix in the baking powder
Grease a cake pan with margarine and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 40 minutes
