Easy Fluffy Blender Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except baking powder in a blender, starting with liquids to prevent overloading

  2. Once well combined, turn off the blender and add baking powder, pulsing to mix without over-blending

  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan

  4. Bake in a medium oven for about 40 minutes

  5. If desired, top with chocolate fudge or another chocolate frosting
