Easy Fluffy Blender Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except baking powder in a blender, starting with liquids to prevent overloading
Once well combined, turn off the blender and add baking powder, pulsing to mix without over-blending
Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan
Bake in a medium oven for about 40 minutes
If desired, top with chocolate fudge or another chocolate frosting
