Easy Brazilian Sweet Corn Cake
Ingredients
- 400 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 cans corn, drained
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Place eggs, corn, and milk in the blender and blend very well
Add the remaining ingredients and blend until homogeneous
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan
Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes
