Easy Brazilian Sweet Corn Cake

Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cans corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Place eggs, corn, and milk in the blender and blend very well

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until homogeneous

  3. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan

  4. Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes
