Homemade Chicken and Vegetable Nuggets

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken
  • Potatoes
  • Carrot
  • Fried rice seasoning
  • A little corn flour
  • Salt
  • Optional soup leaves
  • A little warm oil

Preparation

  1. Grind the chicken filling.

  2. Fry the potatoes and mash them.

  3. Chop the carrot.

  4. Mix all ingredients together with a little warm oil until well combined.

  5. Shape the mixture into nugget forms.

  6. Fry the nuggets briefly until golden.
