Homemade Chicken and Vegetable Nuggets
Ingredients
- Minced chicken
- Potatoes
- Carrot
- Fried rice seasoning
- A little corn flour
- Salt
- Optional soup leaves
- A little warm oil
Preparation
Grind the chicken filling.
Fry the potatoes and mash them.
Chop the carrot.
Mix all ingredients together with a little warm oil until well combined.
Shape the mixture into nugget forms.
Fry the nuggets briefly until golden.
