- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 100 grams butter or margarine
- 4 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 packets baking powder
- 5 cups flour

Preparation
First, take the room temperature butter or margarine into the mixing bowl.
Add vegetable oil, egg whites, yogurt, vinegar, salt and mix with your hands.
Then, gradually add flour and baking powder and knead the dough until it reaches a soft, ear lobe consistency.
Tear off egg-sized pieces from the dough, roll them with your hands, and lightly press and open in the palm of your hand.
Put about a teaspoon of cheese filling and close from the top.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, with the sealed side down.
Brush with egg yolk and make scratches with a fork. Optionally sprinkle with nigella seeds and sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven until golden, about 25-30 minutes.
