Chicken Radish Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 chicken thigh
  • 1 baby radish
  • 1 tablespoon dried goji berries
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 750 ml water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Mushroom stock

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add chicken and stir-fry briefly until it changes color.

  3. Add water and cook until it boils.

  4. Add radish, salt, sugar, pepper, and mushroom stock.

  5. Cook until everything is done, then adjust the seasoning.

  6. Turn off the heat and add the goji berries.
