Healthy Vegan Brownies
Ingredients
- healthy brownie recipe:
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- chocolate chunks
Preparation
Instructions: preheat your oven to 350ºF
In a food processor, blend together your wet ingredients (almond milk, dates, and vanilla extract)
Spoon the mixture into a medium sized mixing bowl and stir in your oat flour
Then add in the rest of your ingredients and and mix again
Add in some chocolate chips and give it a quick stir
Then pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and smooth the batter out and top with more chocolate chunks ? Bake for 28-30 minutes and allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before slicing and enjoy
