Healthy Vegan Brownies

Ingredients

  • healthy brownie recipe:
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • chocolate chunks

Preparation

  1. Instructions: preheat your oven to 350ºF

  2. In a food processor, blend together your wet ingredients (almond milk, dates, and vanilla extract)

  3. Spoon the mixture into a medium sized mixing bowl and stir in your oat flour

  4. Then add in the rest of your ingredients and and mix again

  5. Add in some chocolate chips and give it a quick stir

  6. Then pour the batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and smooth the batter out and top with more chocolate chunks ? Bake for 28-30 minutes and allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before slicing and enjoy
