Purple Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 90 g fine oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tbsp pink pitaya powder
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 10-15 coconut flavour drops
  • 280 ml coconut milk

Preparation

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine all the listed ingredients and mix well.

  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soften.

  3. In the morning, stir the oats and top with berries and cherries before serving.
