Red Velvet Semperit Cookies

Ingredients

  • 250g butter or margarine
  • 4 cups corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons custard powder
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 can condensed milk

Preparation

  1. Mix butter or margarine until smooth with condensed milk, red food coloring, and vinegar.

  2. Add corn flour, custard powder, and cocoa powder; use a spoon or fingers to mix into a dough, then press the dough into molds until all is used.

  3. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes or adjust according to your oven.

Tips

  1. Cup sizes may vary; if the dough is too soft, add a little more corn flour until it does not stick to your hands and is suitable for pressing into molds.
