Red Velvet Semperit Cookies
Ingredients
- 250g butter or margarine
- 4 cups corn flour
- 2 tablespoons custard powder
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 can condensed milk
Preparation
Mix butter or margarine until smooth with condensed milk, red food coloring, and vinegar.
Add corn flour, custard powder, and cocoa powder; use a spoon or fingers to mix into a dough, then press the dough into molds until all is used.
Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes or adjust according to your oven.
Tips
Cup sizes may vary; if the dough is too soft, add a little more corn flour until it does not stick to your hands and is suitable for pressing into molds.
