Simple 2-Ingredient Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 80g bar of your favourite chocolate
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (hardened, creamy part only, brought to room temperature)

Optional decorations

  • Cacao or cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

  2. Stir in coconut milk gently until combined. If the mixture curdles, stir in a tablespoon or two of cacao powder to smooth it out.

  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes until firm.

  4. Scoop the mixture into tablespoon-sized amounts and quickly roll into balls. Optionally, roll in cacao powder or shaved chocolate to decorate.
