Simple 2-Ingredient Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 80g bar of your favourite chocolate
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (hardened, creamy part only, brought to room temperature)
Optional decorations
- Cacao or cocoa powder
Preparation
Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Stir in coconut milk gently until combined. If the mixture curdles, stir in a tablespoon or two of cacao powder to smooth it out.
Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes until firm.
Scoop the mixture into tablespoon-sized amounts and quickly roll into balls. Optionally, roll in cacao powder or shaved chocolate to decorate.
