Sponge Cake with Fresh Fruits and Cream

Ingredients

Sponge

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tea glass sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1.5 water glasses flour

Cream

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tea glass sugar
  • 3.5 water glasses milk
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 packet vanilla

Filling

  • 10 strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • optional half water glass chocolate chips

Topping

  • 1 packet whipped cream powder
  • 7-8 flowers

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until they reach a mayonnaise-like consistency, then add the remaining ingredients, pour into a baking dish, and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes

  2. After baking, moisten the top with milk

  3. For the cream, mix all ingredients except vanilla and whipped cream powder until thickened

  4. Once thickened, add vanilla

  5. Cover the cream and refrigerate for 1 hour to set

  6. Add whipped cream powder to the cream and whip it, then spread over the cake

  7. Add chopped fruits and chocolate chips

  8. Finally, spread another layer of whipped cream and top with additional chopped strawberries, then serve
