Egg and Hot Dog Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces burger bread
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 4 hot dog sausages
  • 2 tablespoons tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch crushed chili
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1/4 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Egg mixture

  • 2 large eggs
  • A light pinch salt
  • A light pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. In a medium-sized pan, put half the amount of butter and garlic, stir for a few seconds only to let the butter absorb the garlic flavor and then remove the garlic slices.

  2. Place the bread slices on the butter on the cut side and let them toast a little, then place the bread pieces in individual serving plates.

  3. Add the green onion and stir for a few seconds.

  4. Cut the sausage into thin slices and add to the onion and stir, then add tomato, pepper, salt, black pepper, and crushed chili and stir the sausage with vegetables for a minute or two.

  5. Spread the sausage and vegetable mixture on two slices of bread.

  6. Place a slice of cheese and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.

  7. Put the remaining butter in the pan, grease the egg frying rings with a little corn oil, place the rings in the pan, put an egg in each ring, sprinkle salt, pepper, and parsley and let the egg disc set with white and yolk.

  8. Remove the egg frying rings, use a wide spoon to lift the fried egg discs and place them directly on the cheese, then place the second layer of bread and serve the sandwich immediately.
