Acehnese Mango Fruit Salad

Ingredients

Mango sauce

  • 3 mangoes, blended smooth
  • 3 red chilies
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar

Fruits

  • 1 apple
  • 1 jicama
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 mango
  • 1 papaya

Preparation

  1. Heat the mango sauce and cook until it turns a light orange color and the aroma is released, then turn off the heat.

  2. Allow the sauce to cool completely, add the chopped fruits, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

  3. Serve cold.
