Acehnese Mango Fruit Salad
Ingredients
Mango sauce
- 3 mangoes, blended smooth
- 3 red chilies
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
Fruits
- 1 apple
- 1 jicama
- 1 pineapple
- 1 cucumber
- 1 mango
- 1 papaya
Preparation
Heat the mango sauce and cook until it turns a light orange color and the aroma is released, then turn off the heat.
Allow the sauce to cool completely, add the chopped fruits, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Serve cold.
