Spiced Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seed (can opt for ground flaxseed)
  • 2 tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch of ginger
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. In a Tupperware container, add all ingredients except for banana and give a quick stir.

  2. Close Tupperware and place in fridge to thicken overnight.

  3. Remove from fridge and mix in freshly mashed banana.

  4. Stir to combine with a spoon, mashing any additional banana chunks you see.

  5. Add extra banana, blueberries and apples if you have them on hand.
