Spiced Apple Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seed (can opt for ground flaxseed)
- 2 tbsp apple sauce
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- pinch of ginger
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- pinch of salt
Preparation
In a Tupperware container, add all ingredients except for banana and give a quick stir.
Close Tupperware and place in fridge to thicken overnight.
Remove from fridge and mix in freshly mashed banana.
Stir to combine with a spoon, mashing any additional banana chunks you see.
Add extra banana, blueberries and apples if you have them on hand.
