Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill oats
- 2/3 cup So Delicious almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Karen Berrios maca
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic ceylon cinnamon
- 1 scoop Whole Foods collagen
- 1 tablespoon Foods Alive hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxmeal
- handful of frozen strawberries
- 2 teaspoons Crofter's Organic strawberry just fruit spread
Toppings
- RX Bar almond butter
- Crofter's Organic strawberry spread
- Fourth and Heart chocolate ghee
- banana slices
- shredded coconut
Preparation
Combine oats, almond milk, maca, cinnamon, collagen, hemp seeds, and flaxmeal in a pot and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5-10 minutes
Stir in frozen strawberries and strawberry fruit spread as described.
Remove from heat and top with almond butter, chocolate ghee, banana slices, and shredded coconut
