Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill oats
  • 2/3 cup So Delicious almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Karen Berrios maca
  • 1 teaspoon Simply Organic ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Whole Foods collagen
  • 1 tablespoon Foods Alive hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxmeal
  • handful of frozen strawberries
  • 2 teaspoons Crofter's Organic strawberry just fruit spread

Toppings

  • RX Bar almond butter
  • Crofter's Organic strawberry spread
  • Fourth and Heart chocolate ghee
  • banana slices
  • shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, almond milk, maca, cinnamon, collagen, hemp seeds, and flaxmeal in a pot and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5-10 minutes

  2. Stir in frozen strawberries and strawberry fruit spread as described.

  3. Remove from heat and top with almond butter, chocolate ghee, banana slices, and shredded coconut
