Vanilla Cauliflower Oat Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats (soaked)
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- Splash of cashew milk
- Large squirt of vanilla syrup
Toppings
- frozen blueberries
- sautéed cinnamon apple
- smooth nut butter
Preparation
Soak the gluten-free oats for at least 30 minutes or overnight to soften.
Sauté the cinnamon apple in a pan until tender and fragrant.
In a bowl, combine the soaked oats, frozen cauliflower rice, cashew milk, and vanilla syrup; mix well and heat if desired to achieve thickness.
Top the mixture with frozen blueberries and smooth nut butter.
Serve immediately with a fork for easy eating.
