Easy Strawberry No-Bake Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon sunbutter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Chobani oat milk
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Daily Harvest Strawberry Scoops or any ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Ghirardelli chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix coconut oil, vanilla, sunbutter, and maple syrup together.

  2. Add in oats and oat milk, then mix and press into a mini loaf pan.

  3. Melt chocolate in the microwave and pour over the oat layer.

  4. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  5. Add a layer of scoops and freeze again for 15 minutes.

  6. Finally, drizzle chocolate over and enjoy.

Storage

  1. Store in the freezer.
