Easy Strawberry No-Bake Bars
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon sunbutter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Chobani oat milk
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Daily Harvest Strawberry Scoops or any ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1/4 cup Ghirardelli chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix coconut oil, vanilla, sunbutter, and maple syrup together.
Add in oats and oat milk, then mix and press into a mini loaf pan.
Melt chocolate in the microwave and pour over the oat layer.
Put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Add a layer of scoops and freeze again for 15 minutes.
Finally, drizzle chocolate over and enjoy.
Storage
Store in the freezer.
