Banana and Walnut Jelly Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 packet banana jelly
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 banana
  • 4 walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar (optional)

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the jelly powder in boiling water using a double boiler and set aside until completely cool.

  2. Mix milk, heavy cream, and melted vanilla ice cream in a container until well combined.

  3. Add the cooled jelly mixture and stir until smooth and uniform.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until partially set.

  5. Add chopped banana and chopped walnuts, and mix well.

  6. Pour the dessert into serving containers and refrigerate until fully set.

Tips

  1. Refrigerate the mixture for half an hour to partially set before adding fruits and nuts to prevent them from sinking.
