Mazola Peanut Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 kg wheat flour
  • 300 g peanuts
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups corn oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • egg yolks with yellow coloring

Preparation

  1. Roast the peanuts without oil, let them cool, remove the skins, and blend dry until crushed.

  2. Blend the sugar dry.

  3. Sift the wheat flour, peanuts, sugar, and baking soda together and mix well.

  4. Add the corn oil and mix until a dough forms.

  5. Shape the dough using a mold, such as a bottle cap, and brush with egg yolk mixture.

  6. Bake in the oven at 170°C for approximately 10 minutes or adjust according to your oven.
