Vegan Oatmeal Breakfast with Seeds and Cocoa

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • some cocoa
  • almond milk (optional)
  • a teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
  • Suspro protein bars (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Add almond milk and mix well

  3. Sweeten with maple syrup if desired

  4. Break protein bars into pieces and add if using
