Vegan Oatmeal Breakfast with Seeds and Cocoa
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- some cocoa
- almond milk (optional)
- a teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
- Suspro protein bars (optional)
Preparation
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
Add almond milk and mix well
Sweeten with maple syrup if desired
Break protein bars into pieces and add if using
